I'm a small town girl with big dreams.  I was the first to receive my bachelors degree in my family and first to receive an advanced degree, MBA.  First to live out of my home state, first to travel to Europe. I've always forged my own path and want nothing more for you.  
I was a college dancer and cheerleader and can't wait to cheer you own as you gain clarity and confidence when it comes to your career goals. 
I've been a recruiter in the AEC industry 12+ years and I'm a certified Career Coach.

I know what it’s like to wonder what’s missing when on paper life looks pretty good. I thought I was living my dream, but I didn’t have the time I wanted to devote to my family or to myself. I also felt God nudging me towards something greater. So, my search for my better self-began.
The answer doesn’t have to be heading off to an ashram or giving up on your career or business. For me it took changing my limiting beliefs, getting the right coach, and doing a lot of inner work.
By weaving some basic and manageable steps into my daily life I was able to start showing up happier and healthier, and my profits and prosperity exploded. I remember the comments from my friends and colleagues about how everything I touched turned to gold. I was also Zen under pressure. It felt like a real turning point as I knew it wasn’t a front, I felt like that underneath!
I thought I would be leaving my Recruiting career and side hustle behind, instead I’m now more invested than ever and growing my Coaching practice alongside my other positions. I’m a multi-passionate entrepreneur!
